FAQ

Prototype questions about the catalogue and evidence workflow. Handling, storage, safety and intended-use guidance is intentionally omitted until approved sources exist.

What arrives when I order a vial?

The prototype does not define what is supplied. Presentation, label, packaging and fulfilment facts require approved product and operations sources before ordering can open.

Where are handling, storage and safety instructions?

They are not simulated in this prototype. The production page stays closed until product-specific source documents, target markets and responsible reviewers are recorded.

How many capsules are in a bottle?

The numbers in this local preview are invented layout fixtures. A production value must come from the approved label and product record for the exact variant.

Which checks does a batch go through?

The required test set is still a compliance decision. Production data is accepted only when each published value belongs to one named product variant, batch and original report.

How do I find the batch of the vial I received?

The production contract requires one exact chain from product variant and SKU to batch, original report hash and independent verification reference. The prototype does not claim that this chain already exists.

What happens after I place an order?

No production fulfilment promise is approved. Ordering remains closed until destinations, carriers, rates, delivery terms, packing procedures and customer communication have been configured and tested.

A strength is shown as out of stock or on back order. What is the difference?

Those labels demonstrate three interface states only. Demo availability is not warehouse inventory and cannot be used to place an order.

Testing

Invented interface fixtures showing where an approved test plan would appear. They are not the test plan for a real product.

  • Identity by mass spectrometry
  • Purity by HPLC-UV, reported as a percentage
  • Net peptide content per vial
  • Bacterial endotoxins by LAL, vial lines
  • Heavy metals screening
  • Appearance, seal and closure checked at packing

Handling and storage

This prototype reserves structured fields for presentation, label and handling information. No product-specific handling or safety statement is approved.
